I finished my P90 milsim.  It took a few hours of work and a lot of swearing.  But it works great and the select fire actually changes the mode from safe, semi, and full-a.

I need to dissasemble it to make some small changes.  I will take some pics and post them of the internals if anyone is interested.

Its a Maurai AEG P90TR airsoft body.  I used a JJ ceramic barrel.  I also have a lapco 8" on the way that I will try as well.

I will take some shots of the insides so you can get a better idea of how it works...

hows teh trigger work? and how much would you charge for that? you should talk to opsgear about distributing them... make some money off that man!

The e trigger on the a-5 is the switch on the front.  I rewired the front to work so when the switch is released the circuit closes and the weapon fires.  I figured out the rotary switch on the e trigger, desoldered the rotory switch and replaced it with two separate switches.  The turbo, auto response and 3 round burst modes are unavailable in this setup, but I could easily rewire the switches to make any three modes available.  With no switches closed it functions as a safe.  It also makes the trigger impossible to pull back so it acts as a safe doubly so.  The semi setting closes one contact putting the setup into semi auto mode.  The second switch closing closes one more contact putting it into full auto.  I lucked out in that semi and full auto differ by only one setting, so I did not have to get all freaky and have to use dpdt switches or transistors in the setup....
